They are bad for support and don’t give you want you pay for. They are getting hacked a lot and keep blaming it on the datacenter. They offer a money back offer but when you ask for a refund they tell you that you have gone over the bandwidth on an unlimited account and want to charge you for the over usage.
Recently,i just had a problem with alibabahost,then i started off by submitting a help ticket.As a normal person will think that support will take a few days to reply. With that in my brain,i thought of waiting for days, Suddenly i got a email reply from the support team in less than 2 minutes from the time i send the email. It was pretty fast as they look in the support way, Eventually their system is like,if you don’t have enough webspace/traffic they will increase it for you to suit the use. Well,when i got my email reply from them,i was shocked somehow,It was a real quick reply,thus they supported me until the problem was done. Well it was the php and apache settings they had,and they did some modifications as i have reported it seems to have problem,thus they fixed it instantly,i am a very happy customer and i’ve been using them for months,have a high uptime and thus a good webhost I suggest those who are looking at this review,stop thinking and go for it!
