IT companies sometimes promise to deliver so much yet fall short of the mark; this is most definitely not the case with Aventure. I started off using Aventure’s email marketing service, choosing them because they offered a full turn key solution of email design, database management and statistical analysis for each email campaign, 8 months on I am still using the service because they have consistently excelled in each of these key areas.
Due to the professional service that I received in the email marketing I have now chosen Aventure to provide website design, server hosting and graphic design services.
I rarely do reviews on a company or services unless they perform exceptionally well. In this case Aventure host is one of the best and I’ve been with them for about 4 years. Support should you need it is one of the best I’ve come across for response times and resolution though admittedly I’ve yet to truly tax them with the few admin issues that’s occured.
I’m not on any of the newer packages but I do recommend them as they are some of the cheapest and feature rich available on the market and they are UK based which is also important to me. I also use Aventure Host for any client work and that’s an indicator how good they are.
I’ve had four accounts with Aventure Hosting for over seven years, if I’d had any problems they have been quickly dealt with and they are easy to contact.
Their service is always friendly, but when any problem occurs they deal with it both efficiently and as quickly as they can. Even the seemingly at the time stupid questions receive prompt attention, nothing seems too much trouble and the staff have become like friends
