BlueHost Review: With a slew of customer-centric packages BlueHost is a serious contender vying to grab your site’s hosting rights. They have a wonderful suport system and with 13 years of hosting web sites they’ve just got a little better coming in to this decade.

Solid and honest business
I am a website designer and SEO consultant and have been using Bluehost for years and recommend it to all my clients and friends.
Bluehost has a fantastic support staff and every feature you can imagine with the powerful CPanel which really opens up doors for your hosting management.
Reasons to get bluehost:
-Unlimited Hosting
-Unlimited Bandwidth
-2500 Email Accounts
-1 Free domain (forever)
-Unlimited subdomains
-Fast Support
-PHP5
Reasons not to
-Their uptime — they stay up for a long while but when they go down, they go down for hours and hours (last downtime was about 4-5 hours).
-Pricing — their pricing just increased $1 to $7.95 ($8.95 for renewals) which really turned me off. However, it is still cheaper than most.
-No real affiliate plan — Other than money for giving someone your affiliate link, you cannot sell hosting to people and give them a CPanel.
All in all, however, I would recommend BlueHost to anyone I meet. It is a reliable hosting provider with lightspeed customer service.
I have been using Bluehost for a few years or so now and they have the best support so far. They have Unlimited Space and Bandwidth, Unlimited SubDomains, PHP5, 1 Free Domain, etc.
Bluehost has everything I need and is very easy to use. The only bad thing about Bluehost is their downtime. I haven’t faced any major downtime, but it can go down a few times a month. Nothing too much.
So far bluehost is one of the best hosts I have used so far. They have great uptime (only experience 1 downtime that lasted 3 hours in last few months) and they also offer it at an affordable price. They have great support if you run into any problems. They also offer unlimited bandwidth and hosting so BlueHost is a great host and I would definitely recommend them.
The company (which is the same as Fastdomain, same live chat, same data centers, panel, etc… Same society but 2 names…) is ok for very small site and very low trafic.
I have an account there since 2008/08 and it was not so bad at the beginning. But as the trafic grew, service became worse and availability very bad.
They deactivate your account for anything, saying that you violate the terms and conditions.
Examples:
- Unlimited space : If you use a few Gb to backup your mysql databases they deactivate your account. -> Saying SQL files is not web files !!!
- Unlimited trafic : If You have more than 100 visitors at the same time they deactivate your account -> Too much CPU…
- Unlimited Mysql Database : If you have big tables they deactivate your account. -> Too much SQL queries
- Too much visitors on a given page they deactivate your account. -> Saying that the script is causing CPU problems.
etc…etc…
FASTDOMAIN = BLUEHOST = CHEAP SERVICE !
Better choose another hosting company
