I bought Clip-Share and their recommendation was to host with Cirtex. That was 4 weeks ago now. The first problem – Video and Audio did not sync. Responses from support took a minimum of 12 hours, some were 24. They tested with video clips where you could not tell if the audio and video were in sync and insisted the problem was solved. I became insistent and they elevated to level two, more problems then elevated to level 3 after about a week. Level three solved the problem by moving the site from their “happy” server to “snowy” server.
Now problem two – videos don’t load completely. That took a week. Problem three – videos load completely but now they don’t play full length despite being fully loaded. That has been well over a week to solve and despite being told 3 times now it is fixed, it still isn’t.
Once you get to level three support the responses take about 6 to 8 hours on average but before that expect to wait 24.
Cirtex support is not thorough, they don’t test fixes unless you insist that they do, they just do the least they can do to move you out of their que.
I would NOT EVER RECCOMEND this company.
I host a simple reverse IP/DNS service with cirtexhosting.com and now I suppose it is time to review the host I am using for already three years.
Until cirtex I experienced may troubles with hosts such as low uptime, low speed, rude support or complete absence of it, less cost-efficiency, or complete discorrespondence of price and quality offered. Surely, there’s no ideal or perfect host who could be fastest, cheapest and clearest among all, but cirtexhosting.com is worth of charged price, offering WYSIWYG quality and professional customer care.
They have user-friendly controls, many useful features included into account and really professional staff working with me, and obviously other clients.
I am completely satisfied and do not even think of changing hosts.
A month after going online with cirtex has passed without any troubles for me as the site admin as well as for all jazz-fan visitors so I am to write a good review for this company.

Using cirtexhosting after being advised this host as the good one for video. Had not very big budget for VPS so decided to try, and now I am sure that was good choise. There are very few hosting companies which are able to provide performance for video at shared accounts, but cirtexhosting does it!
The support is also great – very prompt reaction for tickets, live support is fine and helpful. Uptime is over 99%, actually for almost a year I use cirtex I have never had any downtime. The host is worth of its price and even more taking into account they charge not too much.
