It all started when I began looking for a German hosting provider as I have decided to go on the German market. I searched in google and came accross a hosting site directory and there I found host-ed.net. It seamed a decent site with decent hosting packages. I contacted the sales staff prior to going ahead and the person there seemed very helpful answering all my questions and assured me that the site I was planiing to host would run smoothly with their system. That was the breaking point at which I decided to go with them.
First the acvation was fast, my site was fast and a few days later I foud the support is also fast to solve my issues. Once I even had this prooblem and the system administrators changed the way the system was build to fix my problem. I was so surprised when I heard that. In other hosting providers the best you can get is a canned responce and polite excuse, but yet a refusal to do something that big for you. Now, thats a customer service.
Now if someone asks me to reccomed a hosting provider It is more than clear what my recomendation is….
