My website has been down for more then 10 hours twice this week and several smaller downtime periods (actually the whole US server park is down so its not just my site)
NEVER dealt with a more amateuristic hosting company as host1plus. This is second time within a week my web is more then 10 hours offline due their fault and incredible slow response rate of fixing the problem.
Next to the incredible slow response rate, when the site is actually online it is slow as hell and the Mysql server very instable and cuts of connection regularly.
People STAY AWAY from this not worth your money hosting.
The price is simply to good to be true pricing. You will loose more money then you gain with this hosting. Support will give you meaningless and stupid reactions only as ‘we are working on it’ (even after 10 hours) as I notified them on the problem before nightfall and next morning the problem was still not solved (that means in US they had pretty much ALL day to fix the problem)
I do not know why Steven writes this, but it looks like slander thing or something, because I am using Host1Plus already more than a half year and everything is ok. I have two accounts too…
But I am not here to write about Steven.
I would like to tell thank you to Host1Plus, especially for support team for their help and patience.
I think that they are professionals in web hosting field.
Please host1plus is becoming more and more bad . Today it stopped working since morning , until now . Its already more than 24 hours , when I contact them , they say they problem is already fixed , but the server still down. Oh please , never host to this host . They are liers ,
