Logicalis gets hold of Netarx


Netarx, a Michigan-based solution provider from Auburn Hills, was recently purchased by Logicalis Group, an international company which integrates IT and communications solutions. Netarx offers specialized IT services, along with management services, data centers, partnerships and infrastructure designs to clients from the Great Lakes to Arizona.

By buying Netarx, Logicalis has been able to improve its Managed Services capacity in addition to creating a strong Tier 1 Service Desk. The company can now build upon its present Midwestern existence. This will also permit Netarx customers across the United States to gain access to Logicalis’ outsourced solutions, cloud hosting and information management services.

In view of the budding development and growth in the network convergence market, Netarx was created in 1997.  Since then, the company has become famous for its IT services delivery, pioneering tools for monitoring important network situations and distant operation services which help customers to maintain a practical approach towards IT. Till now, Netarx had built itself up to attain annual revenue of approximately $60 million
