What a great company! The best partner on the web! I’ve been with Omnis for a few years, and I keep extending my contract with them because I love their great service. I use my website for my catering business, so I want it always online and always working. Since my site has been with them from 2007, I’ve never had a long outage with them. I’m sure there must have been a few glitches, but none that I or my customers have ever been aware of. I’ve recently been upgrading my site and needed to use their tech support. I’m happy to learn that they had just recently added more support staff so I never had to wait more than a few minutes to talk to anyone. Their support staff is polite and helpful, even helping me with programs that not necessarily supported by Omnis. I’ll be expanding my start up company into other side businesses, so you can bet that I’ll be using Omnis for those website as well.
Omnis Network provides really great service and has an excellent user-friendly system. I decided to sign up with Omnis after talking with their customer support, they assured me that the system is easy to use, and that there is a 30 satisfaction guarantee. So I had nothing to lose. Boy, they were right. Once I signed up for a hosting account, the rest of their system is very intuitive and easy to operate. I had my website up and running the same day that I signed up. It was my first website, but it definitely won’t be my last.
Omnis saved the day! I recently canceled both of my hosting accounts over at Omnis and transferred them to a less expensive hosting company. I kept on having FTP connection issues at the new place and it only took 1 week after I have fully uploaded my websites to their server, to go down. Long story short, I called Omnis well after two weeks, both of my websites were backed-up on their servers, and I was able to reactivate my service with no issues.
Very Impressed by Omnis – I have only been with Omnis for a few months, but I am very impressed so far with the quality of their web hosting, how courteous they are, how they stick to all their promises, and how friendly they are. They were really good in helping me set up my website. Signing up was easy. Their online web builder worked really well, and wasn’t hard at all. My site looks very professional.
Omnis Network is the best place to make your website. Had other websites, but had always used a website designer. This was going to be my first time creating my own website. Ran into a lot of problems when I was starting my site. PHP file location issues, email forwarding, setting up the different applications. Omnis helped me solve all of them, and helped me to learn how to manage my site. Their service is always easy to reach and easy to talk with. They don’t speak in all the technical jargon, just gives me the information that I need to get things fixed. I couldn’t have done it without the technical support staff at Omnis. I would recommend them to anyone.
