The starting price at Pacific Host’s basic plan is $ 4.95, bandwidth of 300GB and storage space of 15GB. The Standard and Ultra have a scale up in both bandwidth and space with similar features. Prices are pegged at $ 8.95 and $ 11.95 respectively.

I have been with Pacific host for about a year and I can say that their support is outstanding, quick answers with intelligent responses. Needless to say I have had to contact them on a several occasions and I have never been kept waiting.
So when the hosting provider of our company website, uh disappeared (that’s the only way to describe it since we attempted calling them for weeks) I recommended Pacific host to my boss and we went forward.
The techs at Pacific hostwalked me through what to do so as to make our transition as painless as possible. I would STRONGLY recommend Pacific host to anyone that is setting up a website.
Well, it has been good 2 months with this host, and still I will like to be there customers, swift techs. and good payment facility. PacificHost is overall nice.
Bought a VPS server from them. Everything was fine until recently when they moved my VPS account to a new server. They just sent me an email that they were planning to do the migration but did not inform when the migration was to take place or how long it would take. When I emailed them asking about the time, they did not answer. A few days later I received a message that they moved my account, but nothing worked.
I have spent hours trying to get any information from them. Their support is almost nonexistent, one of the support guys even closed the live chat conversation when he did want to answer my question.
It has been a week now, most of my websites still do not work (missing databases), I do not have access to WHM panel and Support guys avoid me, their Support Hub is blocked (I cannot submit another support ticket or update any of the existing ones). I do not know if and when the issue will be fixed.
Avoid PacificHost. Their prices may be good but the quality of service is below zero.
