PEER 1 is offering its customers Nimsoft's monitoring solution
The web hosting organization PEER 1, made an announcement on Monday revealing the launch of their Nimsoft Unified Manager for clients who have monitoring requirements. The announcement was made known a mere few weeks after the web host introduced it SMART Partner Program, which they altered from a four to a two tiered model. Nimsoft Unified Manager is a MaaS or management-as-a-service package that brings together system monitoring with service management.
According to PEER 1, the service’s data allows clients to reduce the time it takes to resolve their problems. This is actually an issue common amongst fellow web hosts, which is what makes this solution such a popular one in the industry. The service also enables users to lower the charges and complicated issues that are part and parcel of managing monitoring systems. PEER1 is also expecting to save a lot more money since the solutions is going to be used in place of 10 of their management systems. Additionally, they will also end up saving on administration costs, energy and maintenance charges.
The web host is going to provide the offer to 8,500 of its clients, along with the ability to upgrade it to an advanced version. This version will allow selected customers to use a more flexible service while personalizing their systems or applications.

Nimsoft also enables users to pay according to the applications and features they require. It also possesses open APIs that enables the web host to merge its monitoring and desk application with their clients’ specific systems.
