Managed Services Provider Telstra International (www.telstrainternational.com) announced on Friday that it has opened its third UK based data center – the new London Hosting Centre.
The new branch symbolizes and signifies the continuing investment and business growth of Telstra International in its global hosting spoor.
It indicates the next step in its progression to give a full set of services for the potential customers.
Telstra began constructing the new London Hosting Centre last September 2009 which just adds another 10,000 square feet of hosting space for clients searching for amenities like managed hosting, colocation, network solutions and many other web hosting services.
The building was erected to meet the intensifying number of needs for the escalating number of customers in UK alone, and compromises connectivity to the Telstra Global Next IP backbone network.
The facility is responsible for handling a massive number of customers with high density hosting, and is also providing catastrophe/calamity recuperation options with the use of buoyant fiber optic cable feeds to Telstra International’s other UK data centers in Central London and Cambridge.
