I am with sibername for not really a big term, but I think of becoming their fan for long time.
The host’s reliability is much higher than their price, which I cannot call cheap, but still this host is worth of every charged penny and is highly professional in their support.
I have almost forgotten what does the word downtime means, and any trouble I may have are solved in minutes.

There are no downtime on their servers or any other outages. Support is online any time you contact them. I’m fond of them and recommend them to everybody.

Your response was quick and solved the problem. I’m a very satisfied customer.
I use Sibername as my registrar (as they’re the only registrar I’ve found that supports Interac online) but I do my own hosting on a Linux VPS with eNetSouth. Prices are about average, support is acceptable. Their hosting is quite overpriced, although I am somewhat biased against shared hosting at all times – I’m a power user and much prefer to run with root access on my own VPS for far less money and far more features.
As a registrar, however, their service is acceptable, especially if you want to pay using Interac online. Their nameservers update frequently enough, and they do have a handy tool that automatically sets up all the MX records for gmail for your domain.
Overall, three stars.
