Software Developer Softaculous has introduced most updated version of its auto installer Softaculous 3.8, on 25th November 2011. According to Softaculous, this new version will make apps deployment easier on numerous Web Hosting Platforms.
Just a few months before this launch, Softaculous had updated its Softaculous Auto Installer Library by adding 17 latest applications.
Softaculous Auto installer permits users to install several applications just on a single click, and it incorporates into all hosting control panels like cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, H-Sphere and Interworx. Auto Installer contains numerous script groups such as blogs, micro blogs, forums, wikis, Social networking, image galleries, ERP, project management and educational. Premium version of Softaculous 3.8 consists of 239 applications while its free version comprises of 99 applications.
Softaculous has enhanced numerous latest features in its auto installer’s latest version including a progress bar which displays updated positioning of backup, reinstates process of script and its current positioning while taking off any installation. Other variations are more obvious, like now backup page lists all backup files in tabular order. Beside these features, Auto Installer 3.8 has affixed numerous backups eradication choices in the backups page and Mirror Servers for downloading scripts and updates.
According to the news, this latest version also repairs the bug which ruined JavaScript on few servers.
