HostDime has announced to increase the commission percentages that it was originally offering to its affiliate referral partner program. The main aim of increasing this commission is to increase the number of participants participating in this program. The company unveiled its intentions on Thursday, June 28th, 2012. The company revealed that it would increase the commission payments to its affiliate referral partner program by 50%. The company claims that the new prices offered would further increase the interest of the potential and existing affiliate referral partners. The reseller commission is estimated to come out around $100 dollars. However, shared web hosting commission would be estimated to come around $75. Similarly, VPS commission is estimated to be around $125 per month. And lastly, dedicated server commission will be around $100. All these commissions will be paid on monthly basis.
HostDime first introduced its affiliate referral partner program back in July 2011. Anyone can join the referral partner program introduced by HostDime. All you need to do is click the banner of affiliate program against which a cookie will be set for around 60 days. Once the affiliate partner is able to make a sale, he or she will be entitled to the commission. There are several reasons why companies start their affiliate networks. HostDime’s original purpose of starting this was to encourage the new affiliate partners to join its program.
The company according to its blogpost says that the level of competition in affiliate referral partner program has increased further. Similarly, referral programs in web and cloud hosting services have considerably heightened. Therefore, it had to ensure that its program remained attractive for its partners. Apart from HostDime, many other companies have also made announcements of introducing some great referral partner programs. HostDime argues that its program is particularly different from other affiliate programs due to its payout of credit against monthly their monthly invoices.
