
In an announcement made on Tuesday, Online Tech web hosting service provider revealed the news of organizing an open house event in its new 20,000 square foot data center in Ann Arbor, Michigan, on Dec 2, 2011.
The event will commence from 3 pm to 7 pm, starting next week and experts from technology giants like Dell, VMware, Comcast and HIPAA and PCI will attend and conduct presentations, says the company.
Online Tech achieved the HIPAA approval certification in September and also organized a three part webinar regarding the approval.
According to Online Tech, the event will be attended by Janice Buckley and Rick Huls from Comcast, Mark Malotke from Dell, Brian Foley from VMware and others. From Online Tech, president and chief operating officer Mike Klein and systems analyst Kurt Schaldenbrand will join in.
Online Tech marketing director, April Sage stated, “To celebrate our newest data center, we wanted to share the opening with our Great Lakes IT community and offer a networking opportunity with experts who are paving new ground in the IT and compliance spaces. Our guest speakers will offer insights into the latest technologies and compliance issues that are shaping the IT infrastructure industry today.”
As stated in the press release, the new data center is at a small distance from an already present data center in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
